Holding a fund-raiser with Travel Clean Express Car Wash is a great way to earn money quickly and easily for your organization.
By selling Travel Clean Wash Cards for $35.00 each, your group can earn $7.00 per card sold! We will even help you promote the event with flyers you can distribute on-site, to alert even more potential purchasers. After the event, a 20% fundraiser payment will be calculated from the sale of the initial 25 cards, plus any more cards sold that day, and paid to the fund-raising organization.
Fund-raisers can be scheduled at either one of our two locations. Just fill out the Fund-Raiser Information Form and a member of our team will get in touch with you. We only offer two fund-raisers per month, per location. So please apply early.

REQUIREMENTS FOR YOUR FUND RAISER
- Children must be at least 10 years old
- Participation is limited to 3-5 children at a time
- A minimum of one parent (preferably two) must be present at all times during the fund-raiser
- A table is provided for setting up a station, or if you need to display a sign
- Limit of one fund-raiser per organization, per season
- We request that at least 25 Wash Cards be pre-sold before the day of the event.
- All Fund-raising events are scheduled for Saturdays. In case of rain, your event day is automatically rescheduled for the following Sunday.
Fund Raising
I agree, on behalf of my organization, to pre-sell at least 25 Travel Clean Wash Cards for $35 each ($875.00 in sales), PRIOR to the day of the fund-raising event.
I agree to submit a valid credit card number IN ADVANCE for the 25 Wash Cards. I understand that when I return with the money collected for the 25 cards (cash and/or checks made out to Travel Clean Car Wash) totaling the amount of $875.00, my credit card WILL NOT be charged.
I understand that if I sell less than 25 cards, and turn in less than $875.00 prior to the day of the event, MY CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE DIFFERENCE.
I will SELECT A DATE for my fundraiser at the time I fill out this form and submit my credit card, and this date will be held for my organization.
If it rains on Saturday, the fund-raiser will be held on the following Sunday.
After the event, a 20% fundraiser payment will be calculated from the sale of the initial 25 cards, plus any more cards sold that day, and paid to the fund-raising organization.
I understand that the $35.00 fundraiser cards are NON-RETURNABLE and NOT REPLACEABLE if lost or stolen unless purchaser goes online and registers the card number.
I understand that the cards are RECHARGEABLE at the car wash or online if the customer chooses.
The cards can be picked up at either Travel Clean location.
If for any reason I don't fulfill the conditions, Travel Clean Express Car Wash has the right to cancel my fund-raiser.
